| Dosage: 用量﹕ | Adult: 5 to 12 seeds each time, 3 times per day. Also in some cases. 4 seeds each time. Small children 1 to 2 seed per year old (not to exceed 12 seeds). Usually taken with long gan rou as wrapping or in capsules. Also can be taken as tablet with oil pressed out.
