shao fu zhu yu tang 少腹逐瘀湯

 by Joe Hing Kwok Chu

Name of Formula: shao fu zhu yu tang (Yi Lin Gai Cuo)

xiao hui xiang 7 pieces (fried), gan jiang 2 fen (fried), yan hu suo 1 qian,

mo yao 1 qian (fried), dang gui 3 qian, chuan xiong 1 qian,  rou gui  1 qian,

hi shao 2 qian, pu huang 2 qian, raw wu ling zhi 2 qian (fried)

Add water and make into decoction.

 

Note:

1 qian = 3.75 g (old measurement)

1 fen = 0.1 qian.

 

少腹逐瘀湯 (醫 林 改 錯 )

婚久不孕,月經後期量少,色紫黑,有血塊,或痛經,平 時少腹作痛,痛時拒按。舌質紫黯或舌邊有紫点,脉細弦。

有 說 : 子宮內膜異位,  每 經初見之日吃起,一連吃五劑 ,"不過四月必成胎".[1]

組 成 ﹕

小茴香  七粒炒,  乾 薑二分炒,  延胡索一錢, 没药 一 錢炒, 當 歸三錢, 川 芎一錢,   肉 桂 一錢, 赤芍二錢, 蒲 黃三錢, 五靈脂二錢炒

[1] 編 者 按 :  受 因 素 有 多 種。   可 能 不 是 “一連吃五劑 ,不過四月必成胎" 這 樣 簡 單 。
