能 降 低 大 白 鼠 血 糖 ，
對 碳 水 化 合 物 耐 量 高 ， 毒 性 小 。

（a）.如果表邪明顯，裡熱較輕，黃芩用量減為6
克，川連減為6 克，加入荊芥10
克，防風9克。
（b).如果表邪已解，裡熱仍甚，可去升麻，柴胡。
(c).如果兼有大便秘結，可加大黃10
克。

據《中醫大百科全
書》﹕時行感冒的治療以解表疏邪為原則，或兼以清熱解毒，滌暑袪濕，具體用藥應隨證而異，證型如下：
1.風寒 束表，邪鬱衛分。證見發熱，惡寒較重，無汗，頭痛，身痛，流清涕，多噴嚏，稍有咳嗽，無痰，苔薄白，脈浮緊。治宜辛溫解表，常用荊
防敗毒散加減。
2.風熱犯肺，邪在衛分。證見發熱較重，稍有惡寒，有汗不多，頭痛，咳嗽，痰少而黏稠，或咽喉腫痛，口乾欲飲，舌紅，苔薄黃，脈浮數。治宜辛涼解表，常用銀
翹散加減。
3.暑濕在表。證見發熱，惡寒，無汗或少汗，頭痛，四肢困倦或疼痛，心煩口渴，胸悶脘痞，泛噁，小便黃或大便泄瀉，舌苔薄黃膩，脈濡數。治宜清暑化濕解表
，常用新加香薷飲加減。
