Repelling Mosquitoes

Edited by: Joe Hing Kwok Chu

Eating raw garlic, using onion, bell pepper in cooking, taking vitamin B can produce a body odor that mosquitoes do not like to tolerate.

Growing mint, roses, tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa), orchid tree (Aglaia odorata var.microphylla), or marigold may repel mosquitoes.

Battery operated electric fly swatters are also effective and are available in many department stores.

Remove stale water around the house to prevent growing more mosquitoes.
