Liver and Spleen disharmony is a traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic term. It has nothing about liver or spleen.
Syndrome:
Fullness in rib cage, pain, sighing, depressed or irritable and easily getting angry, dry mouth and throat, lack of appetite and eating little, flatulence with loose stool, gurgling noise in bowel and gas, or diarrhea, yeast infection, impotence, or tongue with white fur or greasy, stringy pulse.
