| Medical functions: 藥理﹕ | Its hot water extract can inhibit the tumor 180 and Ehrlich carcinoma of lab mice and its effectiveness was 100% and 90% respectively. [2] It contains the trace mineral of vanadium which is an effective ingredient for lowering blood sugar.[4] In one in vitro study MCF-7 tumor colony formation rate was reduced by 60% in CCE (Coprinus comatus (Muell.ex Fr.) Gray [Agaricus comatus Muell.])- and CME-treated cells.
