Some of them, we do not eat too much, like parsley, tea leaves etc; so they may not create problems. Drink enough water to prevent forming of stones.

*Leaves of beets are high in oxalic acid so as beets. Although beets are high in oxalic acid but beets are high in minerals which may inhibit the absolving of oxalic acid by the body.
