Er Bai Point 二白穴

Location: 4 cun above the wrist crease, proximal to PC7 (da ling), on both sides of the flexor carpi radialis tendon.

There are 2 points on each arm. They are points outside the meridians (channels).

Application:
hemorrhoids , anal itching, and rectal prolapse.

　【標準定位】在腕掌横纹的中點處上4寸，當掌長肌腱與橈侧腕屈肌腱之間。靠近大陵 (PC 7)。
