藥理﹕

 

Medical functions:
  1. The ingredient iron can promote production of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
  2. It can stimulate the intestine and promote movements
  3. It has calming effect on the CNS

藥理﹕

  1. 所含鐵質能促進紅細胞及血紅蛋白的新生;
  2. 對腸管有興奮作用,使腸蠕動亢進;
  3. 對中樞神經有鎮靜作用。  

Actions & Indications:

主治﹕

  1. liver yang over active, blurry vision and dizziness.
  2. vomiting, hiccups,
  3. asthma
  4. bleeding due to heat in the blood, excessive bleeding during menopause
  5. chronic diarrhea
  6. vagina yeast and bacterial infection
  7. gastric neurosis

 

1. 用於肝陽上亢、頭暈目眩。

2. 用於嘔吐、呃逆、噫氣等症。

3. 用於氣逆喘息。

4. 用於血熱吐衄、崩漏。

Chemical ingredients:

化學成份﹕

The main ingredient is ferric trioxide in which iron consists of 70% and oxygen consists of 30%. It also contains other impurities like magnesium, aluminum, silicon, and water.

代赭石主含三氧化二鐵,其中鐵 70%,氧 30%,並含雜質鎂、鋁、和水份。

Dosage:

用量﹕

10-30 g.

Samples of formulae

:處方舉例﹕

(1) liver yang over active, blurry vision and dizziness﹕ 

Liver yang over active with heat:

Name of Formula: dai zhe shi tang.

Composition: dai zhe shi, shi jue ming, xia ku cao, niu xi.

 

(2) Vomiting, hiccups:

Name of Formula: xuan fu hua dai zhe shi tang.

Composition: dai zhe shi, xuan fu hua, ban xia, sheng jiang.

(3) Asthma, wheezing and difficult to sleep﹕  Use single herb of dai zhe shi. Grind into powder. Mix with rice vinegar. Take orally. 

For Asthma with lung deficient,  kidney deficient and yang deficient, yin deficient : Name of Formula: shen zhe zhen qi tang.

Composition: dai zhe shi, dang shen, shan zhu yu, hu tao (walnut nut).

 

(1) 用於肝陽上亢、頭暈目眩。

治肝陽上亢肝火盛者,常與石決明、夏枯草、牛膝等同用,如代赭石湯;

治肝腎陰虛,肝陽上亢者,每與龜板、牡蠣、白芍藥等滋陰潛陽藥同用,如鎮肝息風湯


(2)
用於嘔吐、呃逆、噫氣等症。

 治胃氣上逆之嘔吐、呃逆、噫氣不止等症,常與旋覆花、半夏、生薑等配伍,如旋覆代赭湯。

(3) 用於氣逆喘息。

治哮喘有聲,臥睡不得者,可單用本品研末,米醋調服。 
治肺不足
腎虛陰虛 陽虛之虛喘,每與黨參、山茱萸、胡桃肉等配伍,如參赭鎮氣湯。
 

(4) 用於血熱吐衄、崩漏。

治血熱妄行之吐血、衄血,可與白芍藥、竹茹、牛蒡子等同用,如寒降湯;
治血熱崩漏下血,可與禹餘糧、赤石脂、五靈脂等同用,如震靈丹。

7. 胃神經官能症。

旋覆花(布包)10g、代赭石(先煎)25g、丁香(後下)5g、砂仁(後下)6g、黨参12g、茯苓10g、白朮10g、甘草6g、陳皮8g、法夏10g、木香5g、大棗5枚、生薑6g。随証加减,每日1劑。水煎服,10日为1療程。病情緩解後以逍遙丸合香砂六君丸繼續服1~3個 月以鞏固療效。

Cautions:

禁忌﹕

use care in cases of pregnancy. Not for long term usage because it contains a small amount of arsenic.

孕婦慎用。 代赭石因含微量的砷,故不宜長期服用。
